I was wondering around Pinterest yesterday and stumbled upon this gem. It is too funny not to want everyone to read it. So, here ya go!

You HAVE to go and check out this blog post. It is hilarious!

Other than that I apologize for the lack of posting. Kisses'N'Stitches has been keeping me pretty busy the last few weeks. Very grateful for that! I will get some pictures on here someday...:)

Advice

So I decided to write a post for my response to Kim and Elissa. :)

I definitely understand that a c-section is going through a type of labor. I would get so irritated with women, or men for that matter but it was mainly the ladies, that would talk about a c-section like it was a four letter word. Frankly I just wanted to slap 'em upside the head. I just want to give it my all to try and do this naturally. It was my goal for Hunter's birth and that wasn't able to happen. Then with Gwen I wanted to VBAC but every doctor, not to mention insurance, said no. We'll see what happens with Baby 3.

As far as finding out the gender this time around it's a toss up. As of now we aren't. I keep thinking of why I want to find out, then I think of that awesome feeling it was to have Zach tell me Gwen was a girl. Really I remember crying as soon as I heard her cry and then when he told me she was a girl I cried even more. HA! Those crazy hormones just get ya sometimes...;) So really I have mixed emotions about finding out. I want to know so I can prep and figure out the room arrangements. Then I don't want to find out because of the AMAZING feeling finding out right then is. Ahhhhhh!

So what would you guys do?

Surprise!!!

Angela Andrieux Photography! If you're in the San Diego area she is amazing!!! Check out her facebook page!

That's right! We are expecting our fifth addition in March! We were planning this little bundle, we just never in a million years expected it to happen the first month of "trying". It wasn't even the month that we were really trying for. It was a "well, the app is saying I'm good to go so if you wanna..." lol! probably TMI but funny still! So our little father's day gift showed itself right after my birthday!

We were a little more hush, hush about this one than the last two. I was having trouble getting into the doc' to confirm everything. Not to mention I really wanted a fun way to announce it. :)

Now I am in my second trimester and finally not sick. This baby is SO much different than Hunter and Gwen were. Those pregnancies were a breeeeeeeeze. I had no illness or downtime with either. Not so much with #3, or Smidge as he/she has been nicknamed by my parents. The first 6 weeks were nothing, shoot I didn't even know I was pregnant until 6 weeks. The next 6 were a different story. It was pretty intense for a little bit. I couldn't focus on anything except not being nauseous on top of trying not to get migraines. Thankfully I never threw up. I'm not a thrower-upper. I do wish a few times I could have just done it to get it over with though. I finally have all my energy back and am able to focus on my yarn and needle! (that was the worst)

Now begins my journey of finding a doctor that is "crazy enough" to do a v2bac. A medical professional actually told me that. Maaaaaaaaaarvelous. So after my trek of changing my insurance to not have to go to Balboa (military hospital)I know get to find someone who is willing to let me try and push this kiddo out. I told Zach yesterday that I'm ready to do all of the labor at home and just go when he sees a head start to show! For the record he just about passed out. hahaha! I was determined in the beginning to do a v2bac water birth. I've read amazing things about the positive things for vbacs and the water taking the stress off of the incision. Well I've given up on that and I just want to be able to push this baby out on my own. The only way I can do the whole thing in water is if I do it at home and I'm not comfortable with that. Not only would I be worrying about the possibility of rupture but I wouldn't be able to leave the scene of the crime! hahaha No one wants to clean up after that...ewwww.

Ultimately it will all be determined by what the safest is for the baby and myself. I'm just praying that it will go in the direction of v2bac. Prayers please!!!! It's my dream to be able to do this. I was extremely hormonal the day we went to the dr to finally hear this little life and when the dr. told me absolutely no chance at a vbac I lost it. So now I try and make a liar out of her! Booyah! ...not to mention she was extremely irritating, she was a middle aged white lady that wouldn't open her eyes all the way and made mouth noises after everything she said, and you all know how much I hate mouth noises. I just need to find someone else period. Thankful for good insurance right now!

Ok, my rant is done. Yay for baby #3!

Just another week

Well we had a very adventure filled weekend here at the Stachurski house. My mom was able to come down on Friday which made it that much better! We all hit the zoo up on Saturday and the kids had a BLAST! All of the pictures are on my phone so they'll be up in a bit.

It has been SO hot here the last few weeks that we decided to have a little water fun in the backyard. We filled up the spa with some lukewarm water and all splashed and played. The kids had such a good time we couldn't get them out of the water, naturally. Obviously the next steph was to fill their kiddo pool and use the slide/playhouse they have with the hose. They loved the newly made waterslide. haha! I had to put an old crib mattress at the bottom of the slide as a landing because those little behinds were hauling! hahaha!! It was fantastic.

We also got to go and play at the neighbors house and enjoy their AC. :) Now Hunter is obsessed with their trampoline and, of course, all of their toys. So happy there are younger kids on this block. It is so much fun to watch them all play together.

This week we have a ton going on again. Today is our only down day and we still have a playdate later this morning (to which I should probably shower for...). Carpet cleaning is tomorrow and doctors appt's fill Thursday. We are also hoping for Ventura this weekend. Lots of exciting things going on here! hah! I need to get on the phone with a plumber and an AC guy. Oh the joys of being a homeowner...:)
