I am a total blog slacker! I have SO MANY pictures it's insane. I have no idea where to start so be patient with me as I little by little get them up.
The kiddos are amazing. Hunter surprises me everyday with something new that he's learned. His vocabulary and ability to make a complete sentence every time he speaks baffles me. That little man is a genius! Gwennyth is incredible. I can't even express how much love I have for these two little ones. She is talking up a storm, rolling over from belly to back, eating like crazy (shocker for my kid right?!?! ha!), working on sitting up by herself (I'm not ready for this), grabbing toys and pulling them to her mouth and so much more!
As you all know we have been looking for a house and about a month or so ago we put an offer in on a short sale home. We heard back a week and a half ago that the sale was verbally approved! We were so excited! Well we now have our written approval and are officially in the escrow process! Yay!! We have a close of escrow date set for 6/28 so by July we will be in our new home if everything goes smoothly. Please pray! The apartment we are in now is not the greatest of places. The people above us are inconsiderate and rude. It's completely stressing me out and with that my milk supply is hurting. Love the ripple effect.
That's all for now! :)
Our crazy little family always has something new to share. Mommy has her crafts, Daddy has his schooling, Hunter, well Hunter has A LOT going on all the time and Gwennyth is our sweet baby sleeping all the time. This year has been packed full of excitement and a lot of blessings. Keep checking to see what new things we have been up to!

Well I was going to upload a hilarious video of Hunter walking around the house saying "fist pumpin rockin roll!" he is such a funny kid!!
Also we are getting ready to head back up to Ventura tonight. Not looking forward to the drive but love seeing family.
Short and sweet post right now. Still no computer Internet so I'm doing all of this from my iPhone. Not easy by the way.

Oh, and one more thing...
We don't have wifi yet in San Diego so that is the main reason for the lack of posts. That's my excuse anyway.
We are in town for Easter and Josh's birthday and I think we'll pretty much be in Ventura for the next couple of weekends as well. We still have to fix Zach's truck and get the rest of our stuff from Mom and Dad's house.

San Diego, Home buying and Kiddos
Well we have finally moved! We are now in San Diego set up in an apartment Zach got for us. It's fully furnished so we don't have to move our things twice, thank heavens. We have an extension in on our household goods for storage so hopefully they will accept that and we have 90 more days to try and by a house.
Speaking of which we have two offers in right now on two wonderful homes. We had found a house and put an offer in on it the day before H's birthday but unfortunately didn't "win" it. There were nine other offers in on that house! Crazy! THEN we found another great house and once again put an offer in on it and for a few reasons backed out of it. There were multiple offers on it and we believe that we weren't the strongest. It would have been a great house but needed just a bit more than we could do or handle with kids. I'm glad we opted to back out of that deal because we found four incredible houses that were WAY more affordable than the last home. We picked our first, second and third choices and decided to move forward. After getting a verbal acceptance before we had our offers written up we decided to just go ahead for two of the homes. (We were going to put three offers in because of our bad luck before. Bidding wars are just no fun when you don't have the funds for it!) We have official acceptance now on one home, which was our second choice and are now waiting for our first choices acceptance. I should mention that both of these houses are short sales and we still have to wait for the bank to say yes to our number offer. Both of the homes are in Chula Vista, which I was really reluctant to look around there just because of what I had heard from a few people. Well it turns out that there is a very nice area of Chula! We are very comfortable with this spot, it feels just like Westlake for all of you fellow Ventura County peeps. So now we wait. We wait for the bank to say "sure guys! This number sounds fine! Lets go ahead with the process." Which can take a while. Short sales are unfortunate and can take forever but are EVERYWHERE. We are very excited about these homes though. So please pray for us! I really, really, really want our first choice and it looks pretty promising so pray, pray, pray please!
Other than the home buying we are very much the same. Hunter runs around like he's a boss and Gwen is growing like a weed! She talks and smiles at you (and herself in the mirror) and bats at her toys. She's a chunky little monkey just like our Hunter was...ok is. Hunter is getting his two year molars in and is being a bit of a challenge but that's to be expected. He talks up a STORM now. Sentences and all. Which brings me to my next thought, you really have to watch what you say in front of him. We have to be very careful as to who we let him around too. It's pretty crazy how quick this kid is! OH! We have also been potty training. Not consistently but still he was/is doing a great job! He is such a great big brother and helper to us. He really is an all around amazing child. I mean, we like him!
Little Gwen and Hunter are such blessings. We couldn't be more thankful for them! Now to get them into our first home! How exciting!

Here we go again!
Well, time has done it again. Our time in Ventura has flown by!! Zach graduated his class today, with honors might I add!! So proud of my amazing hubby. I don't know if you know this, but he's kind of a big deal. Zach is now packing his bags and heading down to San Diego to get everything set up for us. Really he's going down there first so he can make sure that we in fact are going there next. We just decided the other day that we were all going to go down there this weekend (tonight), Grammy included, so we can check out a few more houses. We actually found a couple that are worth getting excited about. Prayers continued please!! We are so close to being able to put an offer in on a house. I'm really hoping we can find out if we indeed are going to be in SD by the middle/end of this week so I can start the offer on a house! Ahhh! Yay!
On another note, I stepped on the scale with Gwennyth this morning...chunky butt is 13 pounds! She is definitely on the Hunter fast track! I know I've been lacking in pictures lately. I had lost my camera for a little while and then I realized that I only take pictures with my phone. I have been working on my problem! I now need to break my bad habit of leaving the pictures on the camera! Hey, no one's perfect! :)
Gwen is doing a great job with everything. I am so in love with our little baby girl! I know Zach is too. Oh and Hunter, he loves his baby sister so much! It really is adorable to see him try and help her. I love it.
(well that's all I have time for today! It's one fire after the next over here. I'm still learning my way with two kiddos.)

It's been an exciting weekend at the Stachurski house! Friday Zach came home and told me that he passed his Chiefs exam! YAY! He is one step closer to khakis! Now he has to submit a package and go through a board THEN if he passes all of that he is a Chief selectee! We are so proud of him. I can't wait to see him in that cute peanut butter uniform. :) Wheee woooo! (my attempt to whistle via the internet).
This weekend we also dedicated Gwennyth and rededicated Hunter to God. We are so very blessed to have these two little ones in our lives. They are such a precious gift from above and we want to make sure that we are raising them up to be God fearing adults. Speaking of the sweet little ones, Gwennyth is calling me right now so more later!

Stachurski Update
Well, yesterday my wonderful computer (with all of my pictures to which I have not backed up since July) got the blue screen of death. It was taken to the "dr." today so I'm hoping that they can fix and fully restore it! I will be crying for ages if those pictures of the kids are lost, not to mention all of my belly picts with Gwen. Ugh, so sad.
On a different note! Zach only has three more weeks of school and he graduates! Just crazy! It's getting so close to us actually moving. Yikes!
Hunter is going to be 2!! Are you kidding me? I mean c'mon. 2? Already?! YUP! In just a few short weeks our little shorty :) will be 2 pushing 10. He is such a little character. This little guy is too smart for his own good. The things, sentences, he says just crack me up! Especially when it comes to me nursing Gwen. So hilarious. I'll have to get him on video sometime.
Gwennyth, oh sweet Gwennyth! She is growing like a weed. Her little rolls are coming in quite nicely if I do say so myself. ha! Currently she has a slight fever and is SUPER gassy which is absolutely no fun and killing my sleep at night. Other than that she is such an amazing baby! I do have to say that Grammy, yeah I'm calling you out! :) needs to put this sweet child down! I have a bit of a Diva on my hands during the day sometimes. She wants to be held all the time! Oh no little one, you will love tummy time and play on your own time later on so get used to it! LOVE YOU! ha ha ha!
Our house search continues. We have a couple of new listings that look amazing so we'll see what happens within the next few months. We decided that we are going to rent when we first get down there to scout out the areas a bit more. I'm actually pretty excited about this.
This weekend Gwen had the most amazing baby shower! A big thank you to Kim Sims for making it so incredible. She really has an eye for EVERYTHING. :) I'll post pictures when I can. I have to steal them from Chels.
Well that's all the time I have for now. Pictures to come hopefully!!! AHHHH!

Hello Old Friend
Well here I am once again behind in blogging. I really am going to do my best to be better about keeping everything up to date!
I have a HUGE praise report and request! My very good friend just received a new hand, yes the hand transplant that you have been seeing on the news. She was so very blessed to get this new hand after having lost hers in a car accident five years ago. Please continue to pray that her body will not reject the hand and that the recovery process will be smooth sailing.
We are so incredibly happy for her and her family! Praise God!

Well baby and SD trip
Well, we are ringing in at 8lbs 9oz (in the 50th percentile) and 22in long! (90th percentile!) The doctor said that everything about her is perfect (I happen to agree).
Zach wasn't able to go with us to the appointment and it's still pretty hard for me to pick up little man so Zach's friend James, to whom just so happen to be visiting from out of town these last two days. James was a HUGE help at the appt. keeping Hunter from going postal. :) It was so exciting to learn that our little Gwen is doing so well with her weight gain! Her thighs are chunking up and she's starting to get a double chin! I love it. Now I am just struggling with clothes for her! I feel this will be an on going process.
This weekend we are heading down to San Diego to check out the areas and browse a few houses with our real estate agent. We are pretty excited to have a little family get away! Please continue to keep us in your prayers for our orders to SD! There is a lot going on with them and we would appreciate the thoughts and prayers.
